Guilderton Golf Club 2026 AGM

Guilderton Golf Club (GGC) will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on

Sunday the 18th of October 2026 at 10:30am at Guilderton Country Club

​

Included in this meeting will be the Nomination and Election of the GGC Committee for 2026/2027.

As directed by Section 32 of the Constitution and Rule 2017, I am writing to members to ask for nominations for election to the committee. Nominations are to be submitted in writing (using the attached form) and must include a statement by another member, in support of the nomination. A statement of support can be submitted via email or given to the GGC secretary by the 9th of October 2026.

The following positions on the committee are up for election:

•Patron

•President

•Vice President

•Secretary

•Treasurer

•Captain

•Vice-Captain

•Wednesday Captain

•Course Manager

•Committee

If GGC members are unable to attend the AGM, they may under Section 52 of the Constitution and Rules 2017 appoint a Proxy, who may vote on behalf of the member. The appointment of a proxy must be in writing, signed by the member making the appointment and sent or given to the GGC secretary by 9th of October 2026.
