FOOTGOLF

Soccer + Golf

FootGolf combines the challenges of golf and soccer. It is one of the fastest growing sports in the world, with over 400 US golf courses now offering FootGolf.

FootGolf does not require any golf or soccer skills and all age groups are encouraged to play (there is no requirement to run between shots).

The game is essentially played with the same rules as Golf but with a size 5 (or similar)  soccer ball and feet rather than golf balls and clubs.  Starting from the 'teeing' area, players kick the ball to the dedicated FootGolf hole. The teeing area is marked by Orange markers.

The rules and winning concept correspond to that of golf, with the winning player scoring the least amount of kicks.

Players can bring along their own soccer ball or hire one from either the Country Club or the Caravan Park.  Score cards are in the Gazebo near the first Tee which is next to the carpark closes to Wedge Street.

Cost $10 per player ($5 for juniors)

HOW WILL IT IMPACT THE GOLF COURSE?

FootGolf will have very little impact on golfers as the hole locations are on fairways and away from the greens.
